Meeting Point

Azami Port Ferry Terminal

- Meet me at Azama Port Ferry Terminal, Nanjo City, Okinawa. I will be waiting for you and will assist you with the ferry check-in and boarding process. Ill be there btw 7:30-7:45 AM.

08:00 AM

Ferry to Kudaka Island

Cross the sea from Okinawa’s southern coast and leave the busy mainland behind.

Begin your Kudaka Island adventure

From main land to Kudaka island it takes 25 to 30 mins.

After we land, we will be renting bicycle or Tuk-tuk to ride.


Begin your island journey by exploring Kudaka’s sacred places and learning why this small island holds such an important place in Ryukyuan culture.


Cycle through the island’s quiet roads, visit beautiful coastal areas such as Ishiki Beach and Cape Kaberu (Habyaan), and hear local stories and traditions along the way.


I’ll also explain how to respectfully visit sacred areas and help you find memorable photo spots without treating the island like an ordinary tourist attraction.

Return to Kudaka Port

After exploring the island, return your bicycle or Tuk-tuk and head back to the port for the ferry.

12:00 PM

Ferry back to Okinawa Main Island

back to Okinawa main island.

And this time it will take about 15 to 20 mins.

The ferry may be canceled due to rough sea conditions. In case of cancellation, we will discuss alternative options.

The island has some uneven roads. Comfortable shoes and suitable clothing are recommended.


* Sacred places

Some areas are restricted. I’ll explain local customs and photography guidelines so we can explore the island respectfully.
