“Emperial Palace, fish market, and Meiji Jingu Shrine”

Chinami was an excellent guide, very talkative and full of information, and flexible in choosing each site. She found a great sushi restaurant at the fish market and led us well through the subway routes to each place. My favorite site was walking the long gravel path to the Meiji-Jingu shrine through a forest of towering trees in the middle of the city. And she brought us home to our hotel at the end of a busy day.

Thank you very much for the wonderful review. I am glad to know that you enjoyed the tour. All of you were so kind and friendly, too. I feel still sorry that we couldn't make it to go to Aoyama and the bicycle shop. After I got home, I searched the cruise ship you are getting on. You were supported to come to Shimizu port, which I would guide sea excursion as I thought. If you are interested in another famous artist called, Utagawa (Ando) Hiroshige, Shimizu is a place to see his arts. I hope you come to see them near future. Von Voyage

From planning to the actual day, it was a breeze communicating with Chinami-san. She is very responsive and clear and I know she carefully and thoughtfully did the planning based on what we wanted to do. We visited the wind caves, motosu lake, did Muscat grape picking and some wineries for wine tasting. Chinami-san is knowledgeable about the history of the Mt Fuji area and is generous at sharing. We learnt a lot about local farms and fruits and forests. Highly recommend!

Dear Ong family Thank you very much for the review! I have felt sorry about the tour because the weather was not good and we could not do the original plan. Also, the flowers in Motosu resort were not full of bloom either. Most area in Japan has had rain all September though... Anyway, I am happy now to know that you enjoyed the tour. Did you make Hoto noodles? Please come back to Mt Fuji area with your family to have local food, which we could not this time! PS The hand bite by my cat is much better now. Chinami

“Wonderful, magical day tour of Fujikawaguchiko”

I had the best day with Chinami visiting the area around Lake Kawaguchiko - including a wonderful hike for a panoramic view and shrine visit, lake cruise, Oishi Park - with lavender ice cream! - a great lunch, the charming Saiko Iyashinosato, ending with a tour of the bat cave and walk in the magical Aokigahara forest. Chinami is so warm and personable, well informed and organized, timely and professional, and delightful to spend time with. I can't think of a better day tour or guide. Highly recommend having Chinami show you around!

Thank you very much for writing the review. I enjoyed myself talking with you. It was a nice day to visit around during rainy season. I wonder you already used the coffee maker you bought at the craft shop..... There are more places to go and things to do in Mt Fuji area. Please stay longer next time in different season! Stay in touch and I wish I visit you near future!
