“Excellent Guide”
Chinami (Cindy) was wonderful. Explanations about the places we visited were great. English is very good. We basically asked to visit many places we had researched before visiting the area and deciding that Chinami would be the best choice. We are very happy that we made the investment of taking a guided tour Thank you again ありがとう Arigato

(59 reviews)Thank you very much for such a wonderful review. I am sorry that my reply was late. The weather was not great, however, we could visit five lakes and other places you are interested in. I appreciated that you agreed to hire a taxi. How about traveling by cruise ship? Take care of yourselves and keep in touch Chinami
“Wonderful day around Mt Fuji”
My two sons and I had a wonderful day exploring the nearby sites of Mt Fuji. Chinami was essential to the success of the trip. She picked a set of interesting sites to explore and was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the history of the shrines and temples, the geography of the mountain, and good places to eat. Chinami kept a high tempo throughout the six plus hours we spent together and timed everything perfectly. Plus, she provided a lot of help with the logistics of travel from Tokyo. Overall a five star plus review.

(59 reviews)Thank you so much for the review. I am sorry that I couldn't make the tour you requested since it was the year end. However, I am so happy we could see mt Fuji beautifully and feel new year atmosphere in Japan. Also, you enjoyed carp sashimi with other local noodles. Please come to visit the area in different seasons and spend more. Take care and keep in touch. Chinami
“Best day of our holiday”
We had the most amazing day with Chinami visiting the Mt Fuji area. She was a wonderful tour guide who was extremely organised, efficient, kind and informative. She went above and beyond with every detail of the day from start to end making the day run so smoothly. We learnt so much from her that we would have otherwise missed and just had the most enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Chinami and we highly recommend her and look forward to hopefully one day coming back to Japan and taking another tour with her. (59 reviews)Thank you so much for the review just after the tour. I appreciated that you agreed changing the date (not during new year holidays), so that we could go around more smoothly. I am glad if I could help you had a great holiday in Mt Fuji area. The area has different scenery in each season as I told, so please come back in other season, including trying roller coasters in The Guiness Book! Take care and enjoying skiing in Japan as well!
