Tour Important Information

Our driver will be waiting for you with a name board with your name on at the arrival gate for pick-up.

Please be noted that most of our drivers cannot speak English.

Important message from the supplier

-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.

-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation

-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.

-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.

-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)

-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.

-Please make sure to write down the following information upon booking:

1) flight number (cruise name)

2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time

3) airport terminal (cruise port)

4) number of luggage

“DAY 2 OF COMFORTABLE RIDE AROUND KUMAMOTO ”

Mr. Sakanashi is very prompt in being there to pick you up and making sure you have a comfortable ride. Day 2 we were able to tour around famous local sites in Kumamoto and Mr.Sakanashi accommodated and accompanied us in touring around the sites. Mr.Sakanashi didn’t feel like a driver to us he felt like he was one of our family members because he was taking us to visit family and we also shared great Ramen and Yakiniku meal together. I was able to exchange social media with him and that just comes to show how friendly he is and he will make sure you are comfortable. Definitely would recommend Mr.Sakanashi to anyone visiting Kumamoto.

“COMFORTABLE RIDE AROUND KUMAMOTO ”

Mr.Sakanashi was such an accommodating driver. My family of 7 including myself needed a van to fit all of us to be driven around Kumamoto because we wanted to see what Kumamoto had to offer and on top of that My family and I was on a mission to find our family that was rooted in Kumamoto. He was able to drive us to the location and was very accommodating with all of our requests. very nice and friendly driver.

“Day in Kochi”

Our private car driver was excellent. She was very thoughtful and helpful getting us to our planned destination. What we thought was an added bonus was her insight on the best locations to see cherry blossoms along the route of our travels. She stopped at three different spots for fantastic viewing. She also accompanied us on our hike taking photos of us on our journey. On our way back to the cruise ship, she found a specialty shop for dishes; specific items we were looking for to purchase. We feel she went well above expectations and made our day in Kochi even more special. We highly recommend Go with Guide.
