We had a wonderful day in Osaka! We were a group of 20 people visiting from a cruise ship, and Mr. Masahisa managed everything perfectly. Ryuichi was a great English speaking guide he looked after us impeccably using his knowledge any expertise to show us many sites at the right times to miss the rush, took us on the bulletin train as well as local trains and taxis we were always very safe and comfortable in his guidance he even took us to a fabulous famous local restaurant in Osaka the food and ambience was superb we can not speak highly enough of Ryuichi he is very organised and professional and we would highly recommend him for tours .
