Thank you for your long and good review. I think we were lucky to enjoy Hakone under the blue sky in spite of bad weather forecasting. It was a pity that we could not see a beautiful Mt. Fuji. But I hope you enjoyed Hakone fully. I also enjoyed an honor of spending a good time with you.

“Wonderful Tour”

My husband and I booked Kaneo for a tour of Tokyo, we were very pleased we did. Kaneo’s communication was amazing (he even messaged us a week before our tour to let us know what the weather was going to be like the day of our tour), he met us at our hotel, so we didn’t have to worry about trying to find him at a specific location in Tokyo. I’m a vegetarian, so for lunch he made reservations to have lunch at a very good vegetarian restaurant. After our tour with Kaneo we had reservations for another tour at Tokyo Tower, and not only did Kaneo make sure we made our other tour on time, he also went in the building with us to make sure we made it to the right spot. Kaneo speaks very good English and will make sure you get to see and do everything you want to on the tour with him. We had an amazing time. Thank you so much!

“The perfect introduction to Tokyo ”

Our first visit to Japan gave us a brief stay in Tokyo. We wanted a guide who could show us a little of the city. Kaneo was perfect. He is knowledgeable, friendly and happy to customize the tour to your needs. His English is excellent, and he was so welcoming to us. We had a superb day seeing both ancient and modern sights. Kaneo expertly navigated through the city on foot and by train. At every turn he told us about the rich history of the city, and engaged us in conversation, without ever feeling overbearing. He did an excellent job understanding what we wanted to see, both ahead of time and on they day. You could not ask for a better guide to Tokyo. When we come back we will be delighted to travel with him again and see more of this wonderful city. Thank you, Kaneo-San.
