Nagoya is the 4th largest city in Japan with a population of about 2.2 million. I would like to guide you Nagoya Castle, Osu Kannon Temple, old shopping streets, Oasis21 and Nagoya TV Tower.
Nagoya Castle was first built by Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1612. Afterwards it was burnt down in 1945 and it was reconstructed in 1959. You can see Golden Shachi on the both ends of the top roof. Furthermore the Honmaru (the keep of a castle) reconstructed in 2013 is open to the public, too.

Hello, I'm HIDEo YOSHIda. Please call me HIDEYOSHI, the same name as the famous shogun who built the Osaka Castle in 1585.
I was born in Kobe and worked in Osaka for nearly 40 years. I would like to introduce the Kansai region to you ,including Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama.
Kobe is one of the two largest ports in Japan, along with Yokohama. After the opening of the Port of Kobe in 1868, foreigners built their residences on the hillside of the Kitano-cho area, overlooking the ocean. Many of the foreign residences are now open to the public as museums, including the Weathercock House, with it's symbol weathercock on the triangle-shaped roof.
In Meriken Park, the red Port Tower (the city's landmark), creates a beautiful contrast against the white Kobe Marine Museum. The museum's design was inspired by the waves and sailing ships.
When you have a chance to visit Osaka, please join my tour. I'm sure you'll enjoy the interesting and historical, scenic spots. For example, Shin-Sekai is a downtown area with a strange mix of nostalgic atmosphere and contemporary energy. You can try local foods (kushikatsu, sushi, tempura) at a reasonable price. Billiken (a famous statue of the spirit of luck) will be waiting for you!!. Dotombori is a popular street with a lot of flashy signboards. Osaka is widely known as a "Kuidaore-no-machi", or literally "drinking and eating luxuriously to death." Osaka Castle was built by Toyotomi HIDEYOSHI in 1585. Oh, it's my residence, isn't it !
These days "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" area in USJ, or Universal Studios Japan, is also attracting more and more people.
I'll be looking forward to seeing you !!

“Excellent all round”
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Hideo. We asked lots of questions which he had answers to. He knew so much history and general knowledge we would have missed if we didn’t have him for the day to guide us. Japan does everything intentionally and everything has meaning and it’s great to have someone explain it to you to gain a better appreciation of what we are looking at. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy to receive your excellent review. We visited Kiyomizu Temple, walked on Sannenzaka slope. You found three monkeys at Koshindo. We crossed over duck river and we had lunch (Sushi) at Nishiki market. Next we entered Nijojo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple, and Fushimi Inari Taisha. I'm sure I could show you the history of Kyoto. I hope you enjoy Japan trip!

“Hideo was very knowledgeable and fit”
We were a large party and Hideo had ordered us a mini bus with a driver. There were a few hiccups with pricing but everything worked out. He did very well and went with us to each spot and explained a lot of things. He is very fit for his age. Thank you for our wonderful tour.

Thank you for your excellent review. Lastly we visited Ryugado Cave. I'm sure you got excited that you walked through the cave to see various shapes of lime stones. I hope you enjoy Japan trip. I wish you and all your family good health and happiness.

“Top Choice for Exploring Kanazawa”
Hideo is an excellent guide! He answered all our questions and created a very complete itinerary with a great pace. We had plenty of time to visit temples, make stops to explore, and even do some shopping along the way. Hideo is very attentive, respectful, and kind — a wonderful guide and a great choice for a tour in Kanazawa.

I'm very happy to receive your excellent review. You showed the interest in kaga temari ball that parents gave their daughters who would marry into someone's family, so you got the beautiful ball. And 100% of gold leaf is produced in Kanazawa. You got the golden statue that protects your year of the Chinese zodiac. I'm sure you enjoy Japan trip. I wish you and all your family good health and happiness.
