- Meet in front of the main entrance of Osaka Takashimaya, directly beside Nankai Namba Station. I will send a detailed meeting-point photo before the tour.

Namba Yasaka Shrine and Its Lion-Head Stage

Visit Namba Yasaka Shrine and see its approximately 12-meter-high lion-head stage. The stage is associated with protection from misfortune and good fortune. Take photos and hear about basic shrine etiquette.

Walk Through Central Namba

Walk from Namba Yasaka Shrine toward Sennichimae. Along the way, see local shops, signs, and streets that connect Namba’s major sightseeing areas.

Sennichimae Doguyasuji Kitchenware Street

Explore a shopping street specializing in cooking utensils, tableware, restaurant supplies, Japanese knives, noren curtains, shop signs, and food models. Purchases are completely optional.
