“A great trip to Amakusa!”

Sakie was a wonderful guide! We were staying in Nagasaki so we came over to the island via the Mogi Port Ferry to Tomioka port. I requested Tomioka port as a custom pickup location and Sakie got us from there instead of the usual spot with no issues. Sakie's English was very good and she was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. We learned lots of great things and interesting local stories. For lunch we chose to do the sushi option in Sakitsu which was tremendous. Very unique style of sushi where the chef spiced each piece for us. It was all delicious. Thanks so much Sakie! We couldn't have seen everything without you!

“Shopping in Tokyo!”

We planned to use our last day in Tokyo as a shopping day. We got off to a very rough start —drive was 30 min late. Also we had planned to extend the time but he could only extend 30 min. —he charges me for the extra 30 min even though he was 30 min late—. Aside from that he got us to the area we wanted to shop in and waited nearby. He got us to the airport safely and was super nice and polite.

We had a great day with Serge visiting key Toyota locations. Serge was flexible with the itinerary and allowed us to make some changes to accommodate the group's interest. He was knowledgeable, friendly and safely navigated us around Nagoya and Toyota City. The day was an absolute highlight for the massive Toyota fan in our party, and we are extremely happy that we made the decision to ask Serge to facilitate this day trip for us!
