“Perfect day exploring Biei and Furano”

After getting a headache trying to figure out how to use the Lavender train and buses to get around Biei and Furano, I threw in the towel and decided a guide would be the less frustrating and more efficient way to go. BEST DECISION EVER!!! My 2 kids and I had an AMAZING day in Biei and Furano with Mayu. I LOVED Mayu's energy and demeanor from the get go. Her knowledge of the area and history brought the area to life! She is also very flexible and kindly accommodated me when I wanted to visit a flower farm we were driving by that was not on the itinerary. We really enjoyed her company, it felt like we were driving around with a friend. Mayu is an excellent, safe driver, and the ride in her cute car was smooth and comfortable. The kids (12 and 15) liked her a lot - which is a great endorsement! I HIGHLY recommend Mayu's tours, you will have a WONDERFUL day wherever you go! A++++++++++++++++++

Thank you so much for your nice review about my tour. It was fun to spend the day with you and your kids and I learned things about the U.S. through our converstation and enjoyed it. The service was perfect. We had already seen multiple castles and shrines so we asked if we could change up the itinerary. Driver accommodated our request and said we could create our own itinerary for our time frame. We even were running out of time and was given a chance to extend if we wanted. Very professional and kind. Can't say thank you enough.
