Natsuko was a very accommodating guide. She is highly recommended especially for first timers and those traveling with children. She takes in consideration what is most important to you as a tourist. She made a reservation for us at an amazing Kobe beef restaurant as well. We will definitely book her again on our next visit to Japan.

We were incredibly fortunate to experience a memorable tour in Kobe with Rika. She not only showed us the main highlights of the city but also introduced us deeply to Japanese culture and customs.
