“A Thoughtful and Memorable Day in Kyoto with Tatsuya”

We had a wonderful day touring Kyoto from Osaka with Tatsuya as our guide and driver. He was very accommodating and flexible throughout the day, especially when we made several last-minute adjustments to our itinerary to fit in everything we hoped to see. One member of our group has mobility challenges, and we truly appreciated the extra care Tatsuya took to help make the experience smooth and comfortable for her. He arranged wheelchair assistance at locations that involved more walking and also coordinated an incredible rickshaw ride through the bamboo forest, which became one of the highlights of our entire trip to Japan. Tatsuya was consistently kind, patient, and helpful throughout the day, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted us to have a memorable experience. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help made a real difference, and we are very grateful for the special memories created during our time in Kyoto.

“Awesome Tour!”

Akira is an engaging, caring and passionate guide! I had arranged for this trip for my elderly parents and myself. From the initial discussion with Akira, he had recommended places which would not require that much walking to cater to my parents but yet we did not miss out on any must-go sites in Osaka! Akira is very knowledgeable and I must say, it is not my first trip to Osaka but after this tour, I understood so much more about Osaka's history! Akira also made sure to cater to our different needs and his food recommendation is on-point! And of course, making sure that we get the best photo spots! He speaks both Mandarin and English which makes communication super easy. I would strongly recommend booking a tour with Akira regardless of whether it is your first time in Osaka or not. You will definitely see Osaka in a different light!

“High Energy Fun In Osaka!”

Our tour guide was Mobeen who works with Syed and he was the best tour guide we had during the trip! He took us to all amazing places, help take pictures for us in amazing landmarks, ate with us, laughed with us, and was very attentive to how we moved around Osaka. I HIGHLY recommend Mobeen and Syed for any of your tour guiding needs in the Kansai region. Whenever I come back, I will personally be looking to have him guide us again. Thanks for showing us so much energy and guiding us to have a blast in Osaka!
