“Osaka private tour with Vicky”

We had a wonderful private tour in Osaka with Vicky. She was incredibly accommodating to our specific needs, very flexible throughout the day, and genuinely pleasant to spend time with. She also happily took pictures for us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Vicky gave us great options for places to visit and things to do, and she recommended excellent restaurants and shops that we really enjoyed. Her local knowledge and friendly personality made the tour feel personalized and relaxed. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Osaka!

“Mr. Friendly and Patient ”

Shawn was our guide yesterday. He was on time, had a plan, moved at our pace, and just one of the nicest humans you ever want to meet! We were a family of 4 ( 3 adults and one male). He took good care of us all and the male was quite happy! We enjoyed the herb garden in Kobe and Fushima Inari gates in Kyoto, a bit of shopping, plus a lovely lunch! Over 21,000 steps accomplished!! The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because he is still learning to navigate public transport. It was not a big deal and certainly we were not capable. Would definitely seek him out again!

“A Thoughtful and Memorable Day in Kyoto with Tatsuya”

We had a wonderful day touring Kyoto from Osaka with Tatsuya as our guide and driver. He was very accommodating and flexible throughout the day, especially when we made several last-minute adjustments to our itinerary to fit in everything we hoped to see. One member of our group has mobility challenges, and we truly appreciated the extra care Tatsuya took to help make the experience smooth and comfortable for her. He arranged wheelchair assistance at locations that involved more walking and also coordinated an incredible rickshaw ride through the bamboo forest, which became one of the highlights of our entire trip to Japan. Tatsuya was consistently kind, patient, and helpful throughout the day, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted us to have a memorable experience. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help made a real difference, and we are very grateful for the special memories created during our time in Kyoto.
