“Four days with Nikki in Kyoto and Osaka”

Our family of six adults and one infant had the pleasure of spending two days in both Kyoto and Osaka. She was beyond flexible through several months of planning with many iterations of our agenda...driven by us. Nikki worked hard to help secure difficult to get tickets to the Osaka Grand Sumo Tournament, one of the highlights of the trip. We elected to plan areas of the cities each day with no specific plans, just free-styling through the day. Nikki was fantastic with providing recommendations of sites to see, restaurants to experience, while leading us seamlessly with transportation. A special thanks for booking an excellent dinner reservation for our final celebration of the trip and birthday! Our criteria selecting a guide included world experience, city knowledge, good energy, and fun. All those attributes were met with Nikki. She went above and beyond in every way - from making special restaurant reservations in Kobe for us, to researching the museum there in advance so she was incredibly well prepared and knowledgeable before we even arrived. What impressed us most was how thoughtful and attentive she was to our family’s needs. When my son wanted a very specific airplane, Kaori took it upon herself to call multiple places to help us find it. That level of care and dedication meant so much to us and showed just how deeply she cares about her guests.
