“Osaka castle, local food delights and markets”

Ryoko was a fantastic guide and we had an amazing day on her tour. We requested a custom food tour with some sightseeing in between markets. We visited Osaka Castle and Ryoko told us about the history of the castle and the key people involved in its building. She was so prepared and brought pictures and drawings with her of key people and interesting facts about the history of the castle. Ryoko took us to a delicious Japanese tavern for lunch and given the menu was handwritten in Japanese she ordered for us which was great. We tried so many dishes we wouldn’t have ordered ourselves. It was all fresh and so delicious! From there we went to Kuromon Market and the longest shopping street before finally stopping at Dotonbri for pictures. Ryoko was warm, spoke excellent English and as a native Osakan she was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She took great care to tailor the tour to our preferences and was open to last minute changes or stops as the tour progressed. I would highly recommend Ryoko’s tours to anyone for a fascinating and fun day spent in Osaka.

“An Amazing Osaka Tour Experience with Rina K”

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our tour guide, Rina K! From beginning to end, she was professional, punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She did an excellent job explaining the history, culture, and significance of each landmark we visited, which made the entire experience so much more meaningful than simply sightseeing on our own. One thing we especially appreciated was how patient and understanding she was with our energetic and rambunctious 3-year-old daughter. Traveling and sightseeing with a toddler isn’t always easy, but Rina was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the day. She made sure our family felt comfortable and never rushed. Another huge reason we decided to hire a guide was to help us navigate Japan’s train system, especially figuring out the correct train lines, stops, transfers, and exits. Rina was fantastic at managing all of this! She made getting around Osaka feel effortless and took away so much of the stress that comes with exploring an unfamiliar city. She also helped us communicate with local Japanese people, which made everything run even more smoothly. What really stood out was her genuine kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. She was straightforward, organized, and attentive to our family’s needs while still making the experience fun and educational. Thank you so much, Rina K, for helping us create such wonderful memories in Osaka! You made our time in Japan even more special, and we truly appreciate everything you did for our family. I would highly recommend Rina to anyone visiting Osaka, especially families traveling with young children or first-time visitors who want to experience the city without the stress of navigating everything on their own. If we ever return to Osaka, we would absolutely love to have Rina as our guide again

“A day in Osaka with Leo on a wet day!”

We had a wet day in Osaka with Leo and honestly it couldn't have gone better. He's kind hearted, warm, funny and just really easy to be around. Our boys (8 and 9) took to him straight away, and he always had one eye on them to make sure they were safe, which meant we could relax too. Osaka Castle was a highlight. Leo knew the history inside out and told it in a way that kept everyone interested, kids included. The rest of the day was nice and laid back. We had a good lunch, wandered through a market, then spent a long time playing video games in the Round One arcade, which was the perfect way to dodge the rain. The boys loved hanging out with him. He was like the perfect big brother to them. We'd recommend Leo to any family without a second thought.
