Your tour begins at Togetsukyo Bridge, the gateway to Arashiyama. We’ll take photos with the beautiful scenery in the background.

Tenryuji Temple

Visit Tenryu-ji, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy its beautiful garden. I’ll also explain the history of the temple and Zen Buddhism.

Bamboo Forest

* As an option, I can also take you to Daikaku-ji Temple, Monkey Park, or any other place you would like to visit. An additional fee will apply.

* This tour involves a lot of walking, so I don’t recommend it for guests with foot, knee, or back problem.

This tour is suitable for older guests as well. You can walk at your own pace, and I will always put your health and safety first. I am happy to adjust the tour as needed to make sure you enjoy your experience.

If necessary, we can use a taxi for part of the tour to ensure your comfort and safety.
