- I If you are staying at a hotel in Kyoto, I can pick you up there. If you are staying in Osaka, I can also pick you up at your hotel if you prefer. In that case, the pickup time will be 6:00 AM so we can visit Kiyomizu-dera before it gets crowded. I am flexible and happy to adjust to your needs, so please let me know your preferences.

Kiyomizu-dera is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its beautiful wooden stage and stunning views of Kyoto. It has a history of over 1,200 years.

Walk down the historic Sannenzaka street, lined with traditional buildings and charming shops, to Yasaka Pagoda, one of Kyoto’s most iconic landmarks.

The tour price includes the guide fee, the guide’s public transportation costs, the guide’s admission fees, and hotel pickup.

What‘s not included

The tour price does not include your public transportation costs, admission fees, or lunch expenses.

The following transportation and admission fees are required per person:

Bus fare: ¥230

Kiyomizu-dera Temple admission: ¥500

Combined admission to Kodai-ji Temple and Entoku-in Temple: ¥1,200

This is a walking tour with a lot of walking, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

My main job has a shift-based schedule, so I may also be available on dates not shown on my calendar. Please let me know your preferred date, and I will check my availability.
