“Best days in Japan”
Nobuko is an outstanding guide for the whole family (4 years, 10 years, parents), and she made our 2 days together the best 2 days of our trip. She is warm, engaging, entertaining, provides interesting details, and cares for specific needs (e.g. restaurants for vegetarians, use of a stroller, finding a place to play). We highly recommend Nobuko after our time with her in Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka. She's an excellent communicator, both verbally and via text/email. My little boy asked every day for more time with Nono.

Dear Julie-san, Thank you so much for your wonderful message. I’m truly honored to hear that your family enjoyed our two days together, and it makes me very happy that the time we spent in Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka became a highlight of your trip. Your kind words mean a great deal to me. It was a pleasure guiding your family, and I’m especially touched to hear that your little boy wanted to spend more time with me—please tell him that made my day. As the holiday season approaches, I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a joyful New Year. May the coming year bring you health, happiness, and many wonderful adventures. I hope we will have the opportunity to meet again in Japan in the future. Warm regards, Nobuko(Nono)

“The finest of Travel Guides.”
NoNo is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge is deep and delivered in a fun manner. She was highly adaptable to our needs and very considerate. We sat down for lunch and I asked NoNo to go through the history of the Samurai, Shogun and the Emperor - out came a chart, wow, I could place Henry V111 in and Queen Victoria where certain events were, we loved her. Thank you NoNo, you made this day highly memorable and we appreciate you even more for that. Go well our friend.

“Above and beyond”
Nobuko went above and beyond to make our experience special. Our party had members with strict dietary issues, and she made sure to book meals at places that could accommodate them. She is a warm, personable, and felt like a member of the family. Highly, highly recommend!

Explore Best View Of Eastern Kyoto Tour
We can go to the Ginkakuji temple by bus and walk along the philosopher's path. Then visit Heian shrine or Nanzenji temple. After that, Gion district to Kiyomizu-temple, we can appreciate different historical sites and shops too. It should be 1.5hs walk. Take a bus or taxi if we get tired or run out of time but it could be easy walk and we gonna have a great time I guess.

Bamboo grove and Arashiyama area, three World Heritages.
Arashiyama is the hottest tourist destination. It is incredibly beautiful in spring and fall because of its cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. In the fall, the leaves turn brown or red! In the outstanding Tenryuji, you will see a beautiful garden with beautiful mountains in the background. There are many other beautiful places with touching stories in this area. On the way back to downtown, we can visit two world heritage sites, Kinkakuji and Ryoanji. What a wonderful route!
