“Okay tour for people looking for high structure”

Hiro provided solid factual information on the tour. We were surprised when we were asked by Hiro to pay for his transportation/train/bus fares. We had assumed that this cost was built into the tour rate and would not be extra on the day of the tour. We also like to have some flexibility built into a tour in order to look at little shops along the way or stop for a leisurely cold drink, in addition to tour attractions. If a more structured itinerary is your preference than this guide is a great match.

“Informative and Entertaining ”

Hiro was our guide to very specific temples in Kyoto that we wanted to see. He was extremely prepared and knowledgeable and even took us to a garden that was so beautiful, it basically made the whole day for us. Not only did he know his information, he was also very entertaining. We learned a lot about him, the Philsophers Path temples, and introduced us to a lot of fantastic experiences that we would not have gotten had it not been for him. Thank you so much Hiro!

Dear Ben M I am very grateful to you for your great reviews of the tour in Kyoto. First of all, you visited at Nanzenji temple which is designated among the top of the five Zen temples in Kyoto. and next visit at Tairyu sanso which has so huge and beautiful gardens in the villa. You says " I have never seen such a beautiful garden like this" then you took a walk through so called Philosopher's path (1.5 miles) to the Silver pavilion temple , where you also enjoyed walking in outstandingly beautiful Zen style garden. Dear Fay I am grateful to you for your great reviews on Mar/28 tour in Kyoto. You visit at Fushimi-Inari Shrine and then visit at Kiyomizudera temple, where you can enjoy watching over cherry trees in full blossom and nice overlooking view of Kyoto city then walking down to San-nen saka to Yasaka-no-to street to Maruyama Park, where you had a great chance to see such a beautiful in full blossom huge willow cherry trees ! and lastly taking a walk through a Geiko street, Hanami-koji.
