* All food and drinks listed in the itinerary are included in the tour price: five different local dishes served as tasting portions across three venues, plus one standard drink per guest at each venue (three drinks total). The first stop includes two dishes, the second stop includes two dishes, and the third stop includes one dish.

* Additional dishes and drinks beyond what is included can be ordered and paid to the restaurant directly.

* Dishes are selected on the day from each restaurant's menu, so specific dishes cannot be guaranteed in advance. This is a relaxed local dinner rather than a luxury course. If you are hoping for premium sushi or wagyu beef, please contact me before booking.

* Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and other requests may be possible, but choices at small local restaurants are limited. Vegan guests must confirm whether fish stock, eggs, and dairy products are acceptable.

* Alcohol is available only to guests aged 20 or older. A non-alcoholic version is available at the same price.

* The tour includes approximately 2 km of walking on mostly flat streets. Please wear comfortable shoes.

* Restaurants may change because of closing days, full occupancy, seasonal menus, or dietary needs. The Namba route and three-stop structure will remain consistent.

* Some traditional venues may permit smoking. Please request non-smoking venues before booking.

* The tour operates in light rain. Please bring an umbrella when rain is forecast.

* Groups of five or more require prior consultation.
