Yamashita Park is the first seaside park in Japan located right in front of Yokohama Port, stretching almost 700m with a huge grass field and beautiful rose garden.
Hikawa-maru
This is a cargo-passenger ship constructed in 1930 for Japan-Seatle and retired in 1960.During ＷＷⅡ, it was set up as a navy special hospital ship. Visitors can tour Art-Deco style rooms of prewar days when the ship navigated on the Pacific Ocean.
Yokohama Chinatown (Lunch)

Hello, I'm Yoshi!! I started my second career as a tour guide after retiring from the Japanese computer company I had worked for about 40 years. I was born in Asakusa and grew up in down town in Tokyo. I’m married with two daughters and three grandchildren, two girls and a boy.

“Great Day! ”
We had a wonderful day with Yoshi. He picked us up at hotel, navigated the super busy Shinjuku station with ease. Loved the temples, had the most amazing tempura lunch, the best we have ever had! He was so interesting, very knowledgeable about the temples. Highly recommend!

“Nice day with Yoshi-san in Tokio”
As agreed Yoshi-san picked us up at International Cruise Terminal in Tokio and combined modern Tokio with traditional elements. We visited the Imperial Gardens (East), Meiji Shrine, busy Shibuya and Tokio Tower incl. lunch. He provided us with details about the Gardens, their history and also how to show respect at Meiji shrine. It was a real enjoyable walk in Tokio and we can fully recommend Yoshi-san as he is a very nice and experienced guide.

“Great Overview of Top Tokyo Sights”
Yoshi, did a very nice job of a full day tour of some of the major sites of Tokyo. It was very easy to get around with the Tokyo Metro subway. Lunch at a local sushi restaurant was outstanding. Also, at the end of the day, Yoshi came with us to take my wife to a store she wanted to go to, which was above and beyond the call of the tour. He is a real gentleman and helps bring Japanese culture to life during the tour.
