Mt. Futagami is located at the west of Toyama area. It is the 274m high mountain. There is abundant nature in the mountain. It is familiar with locals. People from the region often walk, run, and hike around the mountain for having their relaxing time. “Excellent tour of Shirakawago Village and Shogawa River Cruise”
We had an excellent tour with Mr. Naoto visiting Shirakawa-go Village and taking the Gorge river cruise. The Shirakawa-go village is interesting and visually appealing - particularly since it was Sakura season (which happens later than in Toyama or Kanazawa). Shirakawa was somewhat crowded, but not unpleasantly so. It's also a pretty drive. Lunch was very good at a place that has trout sushi which is unique to the Toyama area.
