Rather than rushing through tourist attractions, I personally believe that the most important thing about traveling is to connecting with the local people and culture, so we booked this experience. Before the trip, I had higher expectations for the professionalism, meticulousness, and reliability of the Japanese people, but Mr. Kitazawa's performance exceeded my expectations. Mr. Kitazawa majored in Chinese at university and is a licensed tour guide officially registered in Japan. His overall language competency, itinerary planning, understanding of social realities, introduction of attractions, and arrangement of meals are all impeccable. The competency to maintain interest in a 9-year-old is truly astonishing, leaving even the parents feeling inadequate. Unlike the previous day at Universal Studios (where they even bought a U-Pass), the child, under Grandpa Kitazawa's guidance, didn't utter a single complaint for the entire 8 hours. When choosing a lunch restaurant in Shinsekai, Mr. Kitazawa was very concerned about the 300 JPY pre-meal snack fee charged by the restaurant and tried to lead us to a restaurant that did not charge this fee. This small detail shows his professionalism and character. I look forward to my next two-day trip to Kyoto with Mr. Kitazawa and will recommend him to all tourists visiting Japan. 相较于走马观花的刷景点，个人认为出游更重要的是与当地的人与文化产生联系，所以我们预约了本次的体验。 出行之前对于日本人民的职业、细致、靠谱有着较高的预期，但是北泽先生的表现还是超过了我的预期。 北泽先生大学本科的专业是汉语而且是日本官方注册的持证导游。 无论是整体的语言能力、对于行程的计划、对于社会事实的洞悉、景点介绍、餐食的安排都堪称完美。 对于9岁小朋友的兴趣调动维持能力，更是让人惊叹，使得亲爸亲妈自愧不如， 与前一日在环球影城不同（even 买了优速通），小朋友在北泽爷爷的带领下，全天8小时都没有唧唧歪歪。 在新世界选择午餐餐馆时，北泽先生对于商家收取的300JPY餐前小吃费非常介怀并尝试带领我们找到不收取此费用的商家，见微知著， 可见其职业素养与人品。 期待着下次与北泽先生的京都的2日行程,并将北泽桑推荐给所有的赴日游客.

“Wonderful day exploring Osaka!”

Atsuko was lovely to deal with from the start and I had to change the itinerary quite last minute and she was super accomodating and understanding. We had a tailored itinerary and she was very flexible in how much time we spent in each location. She managed to book a special restaurant for our lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed. We covered all the areas in our itinerary and she gave helpful tips for other things to do in Osaka including which cruises were available. Thank you Atsuko and looking forward to catching up soon!
