“Tour in Deutsch”
Danke Yuta!

Thank you so much for the great feedback, Michael! I’m really happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that the kids had fun as well. I hope you have an amazing time in Kyoto and take home lots of wonderful memories to Austria. By the way, I’ve been practicing the Austrian German phrases your family taught me, such a fun memory! Maybe our paths will cross again someday, I’d love that! Best wishes! Yuta

“Kyoto trip”
Kanae was amazing in showing us around Kyoto over 2 mornings. She was very knowledgeable about the sights and made sure we saw all of them. She also gave us a list of other things that we could see near our hotel and in Osaka. Took us to a very nice and traditional ramen place for lunch which was excellent. Would recommend her services to anyone visiting the area.

“Customised Tour of Kyoto (12 hours)”
I gladly recommend Yoshi. Yoshi provided a full day (12 hour) customised tour of Kyoto for my family. Yoshi was very easy to communicate with and plan our customised tour. He communicated very well prior to the day, and on the day he was very organised and well planned for the itinerary. Yoshi speaks excellent English and at each site we visited, he could explain so much more to us that we would never have known without a guide. Our tour was in July and very hot weather. Yoshi was very patient and flexible with my family and on his recommendation we stopped at a fantastic sushi restaurant for lunch. At the end of a big day, he made sure we stopped and got dinner before dropping us back at our hotel. The car was comfortable and Yoshi was a safe driver. I happily recommend Yoshi. Thank you for a great day.

Absolutely! Kyoto has achieved the perfect balance of remaining close to its historical roots as Japan's original capital, rich in culture and customs, while including modern conveniences and tourist-friendly services. It's one of Japan's most tour-conscious cities, next to Tokyo.
That's a tough one! Kyoto has history, slow living, and breathtaking landscapes. Osaka has fantastic food and modern conveniences and is slightly more affordable.
Osaka is great for;
Kyoto is ideal for;
The greatest thing about these two cities is that they're just a train ride away from one another. So whichever you decide, the other option is only 15 minutes away.
Kyoto is often considered more beautiful than Tokyo because of the visually stunning architecture and Edo period buildings, especially those that highlight the nagare-zukuri style. It’s almost like a time machine. City lovers will consider Tokyo more beautiful thanks to its glowing billboards, high-end hotels, buzzing restaurants, and nightlife. Our recommendation? See both and decide for yourself. Tokyo and Kyoto are only 2 hours apart.
