The day with Vicky was exactly as I had imagined it. Since she is very open and articulate, we got along well right away. When I asked to take things a bit more slowly because I was still a little tired from the day before, she immediately accommodated my request. “Above and Beyond”

Kaori was an exceptional guide for us in Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe, and truly made our trip unforgettable. She went above and beyond in every way - from making special restaurant reservations in Kobe for us, to researching the museum there in advance so she was incredibly well prepared and knowledgeable before we even arrived. What impressed us most was how thoughtful and attentive she was to our family’s needs. When my son wanted a very specific airplane, Kaori took it upon herself to call multiple places to help us find it. That level of care and dedication meant so much to us and showed just how deeply she cares about her guests. Kaori made us feel like part of her family and ensured we always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the tour. Her kindness, organization, and genuine warmth made every day seamless and special. We could not recommend her more highly - she is truly one of a kind.
