“Excellent Tour”
Kumiko was an excellent tour guide. She came to the cruise port to pick us up and the meeting went smooth. She took us to all the places we requested, even booking our canal cruise tickets ahead of time for us. She picked a delicious seafood restaurant in Otaru and helped us order and made sure she took care of us. She was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. We enjoyed talking to her and listening to her telling us about her city. I highly recommend having Kumiko as a tour guide.

“Perfect tour of a charming city”
Our guide was amazing!! We had a wonderful full day strolling along the canal, shopping the small shops and then we saw the beautiful view from both Tenguyama and another secret view location he knew of. He was so responsive to all of our requests and went out of his way to make our day special.

Kumiko was wonderful and a delightful person. She knew the historical and day-to-day reality of the area. She was very responsive in adjusting the tour to our requests and managed to get reservations that we had tried for fo months. As a long term resident of Hokkaido, we highly recommend her.
