・The tour price doesn't include admission fee, meals.
・When the drop off point is different from the pick-up point, the guest is possibly requested to pay the toll fee for the taxi to return if necessary.
When making a reservation, please provide as much of the following information as possible
1) Pick-up time and location (cruise ship name/ bullet train, etc.)

Important message from the supplier
-Even if you make a reservation (payment), we may not be able to arrange it.
-You must check availability for reservations for the tours listed.
-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation-We are open from 9am to 4pm (JST) on weekdays. Messages received out of the above hours will be dealt with on the next business day.
-The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 5
days in advance prior to the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.
-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)
-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.

“Best Tour Guide”
I was very skeptical about getting a tour guide to drive me around but never would I have thought that my driver was so helpful and kind to give me some brochures regarding the sites I had initially requested to visit. We did end early but she brought me around Aomori for sunset view which I would have never thought of. We went to the coastal parts on our way back to Aomori city. She also brought me to the oldest golden leaves tree which was still in green, sadly, but I would definitely visit Aomori again to discover unknown spots that foreigners have not been to. I would strongly recommend hiring a tour guide to bring you around Aomori because self driving may omit some hidden spots. I did treat my driver to a meal as a thank you gift. I have to say, I did enjoy myself with a tour guide as I'm usually a solo traveller. I have many photos but due to file size restrictions, I'm only able to upload 1.

“Thank you Mr. Murakami! ”
We wanted to visit all 10 statues of the one piece characters and did do with lots of time left to explore Kumamoto on our own. Mr. Murakami was such a sweet man! Even with limited English, he tried really hard to let us know about the different cities/ sites and what they’re known for. He even bought us a little snack to munch on while driving around. We could tell he’s done this several times and we appreciate all the work he did! Definitely book if you’re trying to get all 10 statues in a day!
