Please note that in the seasons of the cherry blossoms and autumn leaves, the Iroha slope will be extremely busy. At that time, I would show you around Kirifuri highland or Kanmangafuchi abyss instead of Kegon Falls and Lake Chuzenji.
This lovely tour organised by Rieko-san took us to different eateries in the back streets of Asakusa. There was so many interesting yummy eateries behind the big Senso-ji temple. We were all so full by the end of the tour! The pace of the tour is relaxing and easy and Rieko-san is very accommodating and happy for us to explore during the tour which made the trip more like a stroll with a friend :)
Andrew san, Vanessa san, Thank you for your warm words! I also had a precious time with you and your family. You can visit this area next time to try food we could not try this time. I hope this holiday will be the most memorable one for you. See you soon. Rieko
We shared a great visit to the Edo Tokyo museum, the Kiyosumi Gardens, the Fukuyama Fudodo temple with its dramatic fire ceremony and the Timioka Hachimangu shrine. Reiko met me where I was staying and educated me on ancient history as well as teaching me about how to get around the city. We did a lot but she paced the day perfectly with time to break for lunch and coffee with a river view. A memorable day, indeed!
Dear Sharon san, Thank you very much for your wonderful and detailed review! I also enjoyed showing around the museum and the old town. Luckily, we had a beautiful weather, a special ceremony as well. Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan with your son and daughter in law. Thank you again and wish all best for your first grand kid! Please send my best regards to your son and daughter in law. Rieko
My family with two girls aged 7 and 8 and my 70 year old mother followed Rieko’s expert and kind guidance through the highlights of Asakusa and Tokyo, and we were so impressed by her professionalism, dedication, and patience! She is the perfect person to help introduce anyone to the incredible sights here. Rieko really wowed us with her service including helping to carry our shopping bag (since our arms were full with carrying our girls at times) and even taking beautiful pictures of us at the unforgettable Mori digital museum. We look forward to working with Rieko again and recommend her services highly!!!
Josephine, Thank you so much for such a wonderful review! I had a great time with your two cute girls and your very good family. Have a good time in Maihama and see you in Kamakura soon. Please send my best regards to your family. Rieko
Reiko took our family on a day tour of Tokyo on 26/12/2019. Reiko was polite, informative and spoke good English. We started the day at 9am and finished at 5pm. We covered many local sights in Tokyo including the sky tree, Tokyo Temple a trip on the water bus and my girls’ favourite, the Hedgehog Cafe. It was a great way to see some of Tokyo’s best attractions with minimal fuss.
Peta san, Thank you for joining my tour, and sending warm words. I had a great time with you and your very cute and polite girls! I hope you had a fun time during the tour in Japan, but there are many places to go in and around Tokyo. Please come back some day again and enjoy other places in Japan. See you soon. Rieko
