1.Our drivers speak English and they can provide excellent driving service and communication. But our English driver was not trained as a professional tour guide and had limited knowledge of the attractions.

2.If you don't need an English driver then we can give you a discount.

3.Our service area is Tokyo and surrounding areas. we will not be able to provide services, If the departure Location or end location is not within Tokyo.

・Extra charges will apply when the requested journey is beyond the fixed distance and time.

・Our driver is not a guide, but they can speak English.

・The tour schedule may be slightly changed depending on traffic.

・we need to upgrade a car type due to your luggage amount.

・Forwarding fee is necessary if the meeting and ending point are NOT within Tokyo 23 wards.

“ The service was absolutely amazing! ”

I wish I could give 10 stars! If you’re coming to Japan, don’t think twice to hire Toyo Company as they have been nothing short of perfect. Our driver WANG, was extremely helpful, patient and ensured that we had an amazing time in Mt. Fuji. We were a family of 8 with 2 elderly folks and a 8 yo. My mother was a little unwell, but Wang made sure she was comfortable and took great lengths in taking good car of us. I would definitely use their service again.

“ Great service and convenient ”

Driver picked us up at Haneda airport and took us to our hotel about 35 minutes away. After flying for 12 hours it was nice to just be picked up and taken to the hotel. No hassle and the car was soo comfortable and roomy. Would recommend this service for anyone who want’s convenient and hassle free service.
