This is a trip to see the highest and most beautiful mountain in Japan, Mount Fuji and one of five lakes surrounding Mount Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi. Mount Fuji is an active stratovolcano that last erupted from 1707 to 1708. At 3776m meters, Mount Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan and its top and gentle slopes are surrounded by rich and unspoiled nature. The mountain attracts many climbers during summer, while in winter its snow-covered top and slope gleam pure white in the sun.

This is one day tour from Shinjuku Station to the area around Lake Kawaguchi. We take Fuji Panorama Ropeway to Mt. Tenjo to see Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. We visit Oshino Hakkai which is known for its crystal-clear spring water originated from the nearby Mount Fuji. Its eight ponds are formed from the filtered water of the mountain, creating a serene and picturesque environment.

This tour covers the most popular places around the Lake Kawaguchi, at the foot of the Mt. Fuji. On a fine day, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Mt. Fuji over the lake but even if it's not, you can visit many attractions in the area such as museums, ninja show, sake brewery, etc. I can customize the itinerary to meet your preference as much as possible. This tour basically uses public transportations, but a private taxi can be arranged at the guests’ expense in addition to the guide fee.

Kamakura is an old historic and cultural city where it takes about only one hour train ride from Tokyo. It was the late 12th century when Minamoto Yoritomo founded the Kamakura Shogunate here in 1185 as Japan's first Samurai government. Many shrines and temples were built as the guardian deity of the samurai. We will visit famous Zen temples such as Engakuji Temple and Kenchoji Temple as well as Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, the open air Great Budda of Kamakura and Hasedera Temple.

We will take either a Shinkansen from Tokyo or the Odakyu Limited Express train from Shinjuku to Hakone. At Hakone you can enjoy various rides including the ropeway, cable car, and cruise ship. We will visit Owakudani Valley, Lake Ashi, Hakone Sekisho, and Hakone Jinja Shrine. However, arrangements are possible according to your requests.
