We had such a great day. Totally up to us on what we wanted to see in Tokyo, but Yumi had plenty of suggestions as well. Yumi helped us navigate the train system for the following few days in Tokyo, even helped us sort out bullet train tickets to Kyoto. Thoroughly recommend Yumi as a personal guide. Ross & Annie

It was a bit of a shame that the weather was a mix of rain , but at least it didn’t pour, and it was nice and cool.　I was really impressed by how fast the two of you walked. “Fantastic First Day in Tokyo with Yumi!”

Booking Yumi for the morning of my first full day in Tokyo was the best decision I could have made! She gave me a wonderful introduction to the Shinjuku area, showing me key highlights and helping me get comfortable with navigating the city—including helping me set up my Suica transportation card. As someone who doesn't have the best sense of direction, I truly appreciated her guidance and navigation skills. Yumi’s communication leading up to the tour was fantastic, and she arrived right on time. Knowing my dietary restrictions in advance, she even thoughtfully brought along information on local restaurants that could accommodate me. To top it off, she was kind enough to make sure I easily found the restaurant where I had a lunch reservation after our tour wrapped up. She was so fun to talk with and a complete joy to spend the morning with. I recommend Yumi without hesitation to anyone visiting Tokyo! Thank you for everything, Yumi!

Dear Mr. Tony Thank you so much for the incredibly generous review. It’s a huge encouragement for my future work. It was a shame that we had to limit the places we visited since we started so early in the morning, but you are so knowledgeable and gentlemanly that I learned a lot during the tour and had a very meaningful experience. “Tokyo with Yumi ”

Yumi was GREAT!! This was our first time in Japan and I did not know how to really plan a trip like this with a family of 7. Yumi wanted to show us even more but we were a little too slow. I know She felt like she did not show us enough but we were very thankful for her and it was more than enough. She even went over the time and refused addional payment. We were very comfortable with her and highly recommend her. Thank you Yumi. Hope to see you again someday. : )

Robert san Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I also had a wonderful time on the tour. I imagine traveling with three generations can be challenging at times, given everyone’s different preferences and energy levels, but I was truly impressed by what a wonderful family you are—you all respected one another and enjoyed the trip together. I learned so much from you all. I wish we could have visited a few more sightseeing spots, but please do come back to Japan again—I look forward to seeing you. Yumi
