“Full day tour, Yumi is a treasure”

I had originally had booked a tour with another guide, but unfortunately he injured his knee and was unable to guide us. This happened about a week before our departure and it made us a little anxious but he worked with GoWithGuide to find us a replacement and Yumi was available. We were grateful that she was able to step in and she was fantastic! Our group was 2 couples around age 50. This was our first trip to Japan and our first full day after traveling. Our itinerary included Senso-ji temple, Akihabra, Tsukiji market, the Imperial Palace, and Shibuya crossing. Getting around the city, we mainly used the subway or walked. Yumi met us in the lobby of our hotel in Shinjuku and the first thing we did was go to the ticket counter at the station and helped us to buy Shinkansen tickets for later in our trip. She helped us to learn how to navigate the public transportation system throughout the day which set us up to feel confident and independent for the rest of our stay. I also appreciated her knowledge of history and teaching us the customs and etiquette of Japanese culture, especially at temple and shrines. Yumi was kind, flexible, communicative, had a good sense of humor, speaks and writes English well, and is everything you'd imagine Japanese hospitality to be. Her value is greater than the price we paid and I'd recommend her to my friends and family. If I come back to Japan, I will definitely contact her again.

“Wonderful rainy day tour of Tokyo”

Yumi showed us all of the Tokyo highlights on our list. We had an excellent tour despite having rain most of the day. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She also showed us how to use the trains and subways. Thanks again Yumi

“Shinjinku adventure!”

Yumi was a fantastic guide and came prepared with gifts for the kids. She was very fast to respond and communicated clearly the tour plan before we met. Highly recommend her for your Tokyo stay!

I think it is not easy to travel with three children, but they were very bright and friendly and talked a lot and I had a lot of fun too. 1 year old baby Reggie is so cute and adorable, she remind me my grand son.
