The Yokohama Central Post Office

- The Yokohama Central Post Office is the most convenient post office near the East Exit of Yokohama Station. It is located just a 2-minute walk from the station exit. I will guide you the way to reach the waiting car.

Lake Ashi Cruise

Lake Ashi pirate ship cruise offers stunning, panoramic views of Mt. Fuji if the weather is fine and the iconic floating vermilion torii gate of Hakone Shrine. This cruise takes about 35 minutes to reach Togendai port. My car will wait and pick you there after dropping off the ship departure port.

Owakudani ("Volcanic Steam Valley")

This volcanic crater formed 3,000 years ago in Hakone. It features active sulfur vents, hot springs and a learning centre to learn how hot spring is being processed for hot spring bath. Kuro tamago eggs are boiled in natural sulfur water which turns the eggs shells black, are a popular snack to eat in believing to prolong your life by seven years.

Hakone Shrine Floating Torii Gate

The "floating" torii gate of peace, is a spectacular photo spot located on the shores of Lake Ashi . Depending on the water levels, the base of this massive gate appears to be submerged, creating a mystical, floating effect. This gate's shore is surrounded by pristine cedar forest with a beautiful shrine

*Please note that due to long hour queue to be exactly in the centre front of the gate, photo taking is only allowed from a close distance.

One of the best museums in the region, blending world-class art such as Pablo Picasso collection, stunning mountain backdrops, and massive world class statues are sculptures collected primary during Japan prime economic era, the Bubble Economy. One of the best tour for info about Japanese food. Plus, a great meal, and sake, at a local izakawa. I was able to try all kind of dishes. And by the end of the meal I was part of the family. Thank you Tan! Hope to see you again!
