I live in Tokyo over 30 years with my family , one husband and two kids .
I used to work in an airline as a cabin attendant .
Naturally , I may have visited your countries myself as you do now .
I chose the job because I like traveling and meeting new people .
Now I'm so glad to be able to work for foreign visitors as a licensed guide .
When I have foreign guests .
I'd like to treat them as if they were my home stay guests , and I were their host mother in Tokyo .

“Tour with Kahoko!”
Our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 adult children ages 28, 24 and 18) had a half day tour with Kahoko and it was great! Our flight arrived at 3am (so brutal) and our tour started at 9am. Kahoko did an awesome job of showing us around Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. She paid special attention to pointing out things my kids would love (shopping and thrifting!). We were exhausted at about the 3 hour mark so decided to stop for lunch and Kahoko helped us with finding a yummy udon noodle place and even helped with ordering. It was nice to sit and relax during the meal with her….like eating a meal with a friend :) We walked about 15,000 steps with her and she was friendly and high energy the whole time (even when we were fading!). I highly recommend Kahoko for your family tour!

From the first sight, honestly , I was afraid that it would be hard to do a tour after the long flight and under raining. Still , once we met , you all gave me a warm smiles and got full-psyched up for the tour. As you were spontaneous and ready to enjoy the tour, it went amazingly smoothly. “Wonderful guide!”
We had the best day with Kahoko! It was our first day in Japan and meeting with Kohoko was like meeting an old friend. She showed us how to navigate the transportation system which I was very anxious about. She recommended splitting up our tour into two half days instead of one whole day which was such a great idea! And after seeing how large Tokyo is, it was definitely the right way to go. We got to spend time sightseeing with her and then use the rest of the afternoon to continue sightseeing or go back and rest. Thanks to her, getting around was much easier. She took us to an amazing restaurant. She was funny and very personable! She was excellent with my preteen daughter. Overall a wonderful experience! Communication with her prior to our trip and leading up to our trip was excellent. I highly recommend Kohoko! I’m so glad we got the chance to meet her.

Thank you very much for the kind review ! I had such a lovely time with a pretty charming mom and a promising-beauty daughter. It was like a girl's night out and the youngest seemed like the most matured one! As she clearly knows what she likes and what she needs and you, on the other hand, respect her ideas support all the time , our tours went so smoothly and happily from my sides. We talked a lot and laughed a lot. I was glad to know your rest of the time in Japan seemed joyful from a picture you sent me after the tour. “Kahoko is a wonderful guide”
We spent two days with Kahoko exploring Tokyo. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Japan's history and the city she is sharing. She's also a foodie who took us to two great restaurants for lunch each day. If we come back to Tokyo, we would not only want to have Kahoko show us around some more, but we would want to hang out with her and have a nice meal.
