I accidentally booked the wrong date for my parents’ Tokyo tour, but Kahoko went above and beyond — she kindly rearranged her schedule and came back the next day to give my parents the full experience. We were so grateful for her flexibility, patience, and professionalism. My parents said the tour was fantastic — Kahoko was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure they were comfortable the whole time. “Kahoko the Special Tokyo Guide”

We were very fortunate to have selected Kahoko K. to be our private guide on two days in Tokyo. Kahoko was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions with clear and understandable information. She suggested a two day itinerary, but did not hesitate to customize it to address our interests. She was very sweet, patient and had a good sense of humour.
