Mt. Takao Hiking Tour with local lunch
Mt. Takao Is a beautiful and lush mountain that is 600 meters in height. This is a light hike as well will take a cable car halfway up the mountain. You will have the opportunity to visit the “yakuo-in” a temple nearing the top of the mountain which you will be able to see some beautiful history about buddhist temples . Afterwards at the peak on a clear day you will be able to see Tokyo tower, mt. Fuji, or shinjuku skyscrapers.

10:30 am: Meet at Takaosanguchi station
Taking cable car up to middle of the mountain / Yakuoin temple, a typical mountain temple / enjoying a forest walk / refreshing view from the peak /
a suspension bridge in a different route / trying a mountain lift / delicious soba noodle lunch

This is a hiking tour so please have the proper attire shoes, clothes, water, etc.
If you have any allergies , food restrictions , or physical conditions, please let me know to make the tour enjoyable. If you need a hotel pick-up and leave, your tour will be 5.5 hours starting 9:30 AM and cost you 30500 yen.

Kahoko was an excellent guide. We only had a few days in Tokyo and she was able to fit all that we wanted to do and see. She was friendly, knew the city very well and spoke good English. “Fully loaded but informal tour”
We spent 4 hours with Kahoko, visiting a number of areas in Tokyo. Kahoko was great from start to finish, pointing out many cultural insights we would not have picked up on had we been on our own. Definitely worth it and would highly recommend.
