Hello, I'm Yoshi!! I started my second career as a tour guide after retiring from the Japanese computer company I had worked for about 40 years. I was born in Asakusa and grew up in down town in Tokyo. I’m married with two daughters and three grandchildren, two girls and a boy.
I've experienced guiding international visitors in Tokyo and other famous sightseeing spots as a guide for several years. I will be so happy to help you enjoy your stay in Japan. Look forward to joining my tour!!

“Amazing tour!”
Yoshi was an incredible guide for me as a first time solo traveler to Tokyo. He speaks great English and knows the city very very well. He was very informative, fun, interesting, and knows all of the great spots in Tokyo. He was very friendly and funny as well. I highly recommend Yoshi, and I’m so happy I did this tour with him!

“BEST GUIDE EVER”
Yoshi was our guide for a fascinating day in Tokyo. He quickly navigated through the Tokyo, taught us how to approach and behave in shrines and temples, shared much about Japanese customs, religion and history, fielded all of our questions (even those from left field), and met the disparate wishes of a 77 year old grandma and a 22byear old grandson. We moved seamlessly from historic and religious sites, modern architectural wonders, and the young world of tech, geeks, manga and anime. We even visited a "dog cafe" where petless animal lovers could play with puppies. He found budget-conscious restaurants for differing tastes. He was flexible, well-prepared and his English was fluent. We had a few other guides, as well as cruise ship excursions, and the day with him was the best of a two week trip. Kudos for a job well done.
