“Extremely informative and fun tour, amazing guide”
Koichi is an excellent guide, he arr arranged our itinerary so as to avoid the crowds as much as possible and preseted each landmark thoroughly with visual aids that were most helpful, he was also very helpful with our transportation (we needed to get around with IC cards, 2 taxis). He also suggested the best spots for photos. We definitely recommend him, we had a very enjoyable day!

“Ghibli Museum & Edo-Tokyo Architecture Museum Private Tour”
The Ghibli Museum was something we really wanted to do and we knew getting tickets for the time period we were going to be in Tokyo was going to be difficult. Shuichi made the process so much easier for us as he was so attentive in the planning beforehand and when we were there. It was like we were visiting with a kindly uncle who was so good at keeping us engaged and content all the while on schedule. We loved how he was able to point out Miyazaki's places of inspiration while visiting the Edo-Tokyo Architecture Museum and learned many things about Japanese history there. Shuichi made sure we were warm enough and provided hand warmers when the cold winter winds picked up and made it chilly. He even accommodated our request to have lunch at a particular tiny udon restaurant we were interested in checking out. When we let him know we required a taxi to get to our next destination after the tour, he told us not to worry and took care of the arrangements. We enjoyed our day with Shuichi.

Grant was great! He was able to pivot easily with a schedule change on our side and the uncertain hours of the New Year's holiday schedule of various places. It was fun to explore the anime/manga history and culture of Tokyo with someone so knowledgeable and personable. He was able to tailor the afternoon to our personal interests. We had an enjoyable visit. Thanks Grant!
