“You Can't Go Wrong With Steve!”
Booking a private tour with Steve was one of the best choices we made during our visit to Japan. Having the convenience of a charismatic and knowledgable private tour guide was extremely worthwhile. It made for an efficient and relaxing day exploring all of the locations we wanted to see. Steve gave us the flexibility during the day to see what we wanted to and the agency to manage our own time which was a detail we highly appreciated. He also gave us the space to explore where necessary but was also always around when you needed him. Steve is also a fast and friendly communicator and an extremely helpful person. He was able to help me plan a special and personal day and I'm so grateful for all of his contributions to make the day a success. Steve, I sincerely wish you all the best and thank you once again!

“Excellent customized tour”
This was my husband and my first time in Tokyo. We wanted a tour guide to show us a little bit of everything mixing in recommendations from friends and also teaching us the Metro system. Kaori was very timely and attentive messaging with me to plan the trip and took in all my recommendations mixed in with her suggestions and planning a great itinerary. She also took the time to get us into Shibuya Sky which is very difficult to reserve. On our tour Kaori spent the time teaching us the Metro system and ensuring we knew exactly what to do to easily get to hakone after our time in Tokyo before we started touring. From then on we had a lovely time with her and learned so much about Japan and the culture. In addition to touring Tokyo and doing some great shopping. Highly recommend her particularly for those that have never been. Domo arigato Kaori san!!

“Wonderful time with Kazumi”
We had an amazing time with Kazumi. She was very knowledgeable and told us about the history and showed us the local customs and delicacies of Hiroshima which we enjoyed immensely. Kazumi was so friendly and put us at ease immediately and we enjoyed her company throughout. An absolutely brilliant time with lovely memories. Thank you Kazumi
