“Super lovely company but no real guiding ”

Kahoko is an incredibly lovely and elegant woman and we've enjoyed her company and food recommendations however, unfortunately, there was no real guiding. I've booked her for 3 different tours during our trip and each and every one mostly consisted of walking/traveling from one place to another but no history, no local legends, no real guiding. Overall, that disappointed me. That said, if you're looking for a lovely local to take you around town, she's the perfect choice.

Thank you for the sincere and honest review. Probably, I should have understood what you actually wanted much better with more care. I failed to catch sighs of disappointment from you or your members of your group. It was a great regret for me that I was not able to answer your expectations. You are such a successful career woman with lots of charm. I've learned a lot from you even though you are much younger than me.Your candid words will be my another motivation. “Best guide ever”

My wife and I needed a guide for 3 days in Tokyo including Mt Fuji. I searched through several pages of guides before I found Kaneo. He was available and his info indicated he spoke good English. From our first communication to the our last day of touring, Kaneo was fantastic. He promptly responded to our communications. He sent a detailed itinerary for each day. Even though he lives 1 1/2 hours outside Tokyo, he met us everyday at our hotel. His knowledge of the subways and trains was perfect. One day, I wanted to visit a bonsai museum that he had never heard of...he researched the route and with very little notice and we had an amazing day. We had rain all 3 days, but with umbrellas and parkas we still saw lots of cherry trees and spent a day in Hakone, but didn't see Mt Fuji. I would recommend Kaneo to anyone. “Visit to Hakone ”

Yuki met us at our hotel at the agreed time and guided us on public transport to Hakone, we used the metro , the trains and mountain railway. The bullet train each way was a great experience and Yuki had booked our tickets in advance. We visited the shrines at Hakone , Lake Aashi cruise, Gora park, glass museum and many scenic places. Lovely Japanese lunch in Hakone. Yuki was very friendly and knowledgeable and we had a great day.
