Hi! I'm Sho! I live in the center of Nagasaki city and work as a YouTuber, podcaster, and tour guide specializing in sharing the charms of Nagasaki. Actually, I was born and raised in Yokohama, near Tokyo, and worked for about 5 years in Tokyo. However, I fell in love with the culture and history of Nagasaki and moved here in 2020. Nagasaki has a rich history of international exchange and friendship, established about 450 years ago as an international trading port in Japan. Since then, many people from all over the world with diverse cultures and values have visited this city. I love these stories and histories of Nagasaki. Nagasaki is often associated with the sad history of the atomic bomb, which is, of course, an important part of this city's history, but Nagasaki has much more than that. “Amazing tour”
Katsu was an absolute professional, very thoughtful and accommodating. My mother has accessibility needs and he made sure this was supported at all times. He even sent reading material ahead of the tour which was well received giving us further understanding of what we were going to see. Katsu went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him and his tours.

“Very Good Guide in Armando”
We enjoyed the service of Armando very much. Before the day of our tour, he made sure that he will pick us up from the correct port. He made sure that the car he rented was big enough to accommodate all of us in our group. He is very knowledgeable about Hirado Island where he showed us around. He also took us to a seafood restaurant with fresh and delicious seafood but not very expensive. We love our trip to Sasebo.

“Great Day Touring Sasebo with Hero”
We had a wonderful time with Hero who met us at the cruise terminal with a very comfortable van for our group of 5. He had a printed itinerary that outlined where we would visit. 9:00 Drive to Hirado Island (40 mins). Guide will wait until we disembark. We went to Hirado Island and visited Hirado Castle, Xavier Memorial Church, and had a delicious sushi lunch. We proceeded to Mikawachi pottery town where we visited the museum and so beautiful pottery and visited local shops and kilns where we got to see amazing pottery. He managed our time very efficiently but it didn't feel rushed. Hero was very warm, engaging and also very thoughtful. He gave us a bag of yummy homemade donuts which he made! I highly recommend Hero for your visit to Sasebo/Hirado area.
