“Professional tour guide with a heart”
My guide is a gift to humanity with a high level of professionalism, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. She made out stay in Tokyo very memorable. She also works with your point of interests, very flexible.
“A Work in Progress: Kazu Shows Promise”
Our bar-hopping experience with Kazu in Osaka had its moments but ultimately didn’t quite meet our expectations. From the start, Kazu was communicative and professional, checking in before and after the tour, which we truly appreciated. However, the experience itself lacked the excitement and sense of discovery we were hoping for. We had specifically booked the tour to explore hidden gems we wouldn’t have found on our own, but ironically, the most fun we had was when we introduced Kazu to two bars we already knew. While he was friendly and made an effort, the overall flow of the night felt a bit constrained, especially with the understanding that he had to work early the next morning. This gave the evening a subtle undertone of needing to wrap up rather than fully immersing in the bar-hopping adventure. That being said, Kazu shows great potential. He’s kind, open, and welcoming—traits that will serve him well as he gains more experience. Having been guided by seasoned professionals in Tokyo, we can confidently say that with time and more familiarity with Osaka’s nightlife, he’ll be a fantastic host. We wish him the best and hope to see his tours evolve into something truly special!

Thank you very much for the other day. First of all, I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. I am familiar with other bars as well, so if there is another opportunity, I would be happy to introduce you to them. Regarding the tour's ending time, this time, your reservation was until 10 PM. If you would like to extend the tour later next time, I would appreciate it if you could book accordingly. Once again, thank you so much for joining the tour!
“The BEST guide!”
Atsuko is the BEST! Knowledgeable, thoughtful, personable. She customized our tour to highlight the sites and experiences we most wanted. Atsuko is joyful and friendly. She has great expertise in culture, hospitality, and guidance. This was our second experience with Atsuko as our guide. Highest possible recommendation!
