“Visit to Hakone ”
Yuki met us at our hotel at the agreed time and guided us on public transport to Hakone, we used the metro , the trains and mountain railway. The bullet train each way was a great experience and Yuki had booked our tickets in advance. We visited the shrines at Hakone , Lake Aashi cruise, Gora park, glass museum and many scenic places. Lovely Japanese lunch in Hakone. Yuki was very friendly and knowledgeable and we had a great day.

“Helpful and insightful tour with a great guide, Seigo!”
We are a couple visiting Japan for the first time and wanted a guide to help us navigate the city and learn the subway system. Seigo was a wonderful guide, he customized the itinerary to our needs, was prompt and clear with communication, and accommodated our requests. We saw areas and visited shops we wouldn’t have on our own, and had a great time. Seigo went above and beyond by being our personal photographer, capturing moments without us even having to ask. Arigatou gozaimasu, Seigo!

“Mayumi was very flexible with our changing schedule”
I felt sorry for Mayumi, who had planned a wonderful day for us, when our ship arrived two and a half hours behind schedule at 3:30 in the afternoon. She was able to adapt well to our needs, we wanted to see the Peace Park and Miyajima Island, and knew it would be tight for both. She was able to secure us a large taxi van instead of two cars for our group of five, and we went first to the Peace Park. I know she was disappointed in us not being able to see the large museum, but we didn’t have time to do it justice and it was overcrowded. She managed to get us on the ferry and to Miyajima at exactly the right time for the sunset and then back on the 7:00 p.m. ferry and back to our ship. We could never have done it without her, and it was a delight to spend the afternoon and evening with her. I would have loved to have had our whole day, and she was a good sport about cutting it short. Thanks Mayumi!
