“Great time with Hiro”
Soo much to see with limited time in Osaka. We booked Hiro for 2 days and it was worth it. Hiro was knowledgeable and very accommodating, he would even adjust our schedule on the fly as our kids enjoyed some of the attractions (such as Osaka Castle, aquarium). We also requested Hiro to make a booking for car service and he made the arrangements for us so it was very seamless. Would highly recommend Hiro and we will definitely be back in Osaka.
“Perfect for 1st time visitors!”
Jolly was an exceptional guide! She is warm, friendly, informative and very helpful. She allowed us to customize our itinerary like going to a cat cafe and shop at different shops. We never felt rushed or unorganized. She knows Japan, and made us feel welcome while still being very professional. You are in good hands with Jolly! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your heartfelt review! I felt sorry about my mistake on the train ticket although you kindly mentioned you’d never felt unorganized. You’re super kind and tolerant. I feel very happy to hear you seem satisfied with my tour. I myself quite enjoyed experience with you like a kind of a digital zoo museum and making a customized cute stamp at Harajuku! Again thank you for sharing your precious time with me. I wish you and your family a happy & wonderful new year!!

Mt. Fuji sightseeing with a private chartered van (1-12pax)
“Van rental for 13pax - highly recommended!”
On our first trip to Japan, we wanted to take day trip to visit Mt Fuji. We scouted online for the best transportation service available for a group 9 adults 2 children and 2 infants. Out of the 4 companies we contacted via email, GoWithGuide fit our bill. It was an easy communication to inquire and pay via their platform. We paid the vehicle rent upfront online and the miscellaneous items on the day of the excursion - such as baby seats for the 2 infants, the toll fees & parking fees. We were greeted by our friendly driver Miya-san who arrived on time, and the Coaster/minibus we used was comfortable and easily accommodated our family. We appreciated the bathroom breaks to and fro our destination. We provided an itinerary but Miya-san made helpful recommendations based on our mobility capabilities and the beautiful kimonos we rented before going around lake Kawaguchiko. We got premium photoshoot spots and managed to finish on time for lunch. Though we had wanted to stay a little longer, we left on schedule for Tokyo as we encountered the anticipated heavy traffic on the way home. We highly recommend using this service. We had a wonderful experience. Domo arigatogozaimasu Miya-san
