Tour Important Information

・The tour price doesn't include admission fee, toll fee, meals, or lodging.

・If the tour itinerary requires an overnight stay, the guest is requested to pay the lodging expense of the driver.

・When the drop off point is different from the pick-up point, the guest is possibly requested to pay the toll fee for the taxi to return if necessary.

Please write down as much of the following information as possible upon booking: 1) pick up time and location 2) drop off time and location 3) number of luggage 4) itinerary (if fixed)

Important message from the supplier

-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.

-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation

-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.

-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.

-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)

-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.

“Day in Kochi”

Our private car driver was excellent. She was very thoughtful and helpful getting us to our planned destination. What we thought was an added bonus was her insight on the best locations to see cherry blossoms along the route of our travels. She stopped at three different spots for fantastic viewing. She also accompanied us on our hike taking photos of us on our journey. On our way back to the cruise ship, she found a specialty shop for dishes; specific items we were looking for to purchase. We feel she went well above expectations and made our day in Kochi even more special. We highly recommend Go with Guide.

“The perfect day!”

Perfect! We used this service to take us to 3 different sights all over Kyoto as we were all tired of navigating through the trains with all the throngs of crowds and we only had 2 days in Kyoto. The driver was excellent. He was very professional, friendly and caring. He knew his way around all the sights and showed us on the map where to go. I would highly recommend using them, it was worry free and well worth the cost as we didn't need a guide to actually take us around each sight it was much cheaper than actually hiring a guided tour. Thank you for a great day!
