Masato-San was very helpful. I was traveling with my elderly parents and he assisted us very well making sure my parents were comfortable during the entire trip. While my father can still walk, we brought a wheelchair to make to easier for him and Masato knew very well the paths to take and even offered to push the wheelchair. He also shared bits of information on the way to Hakone so we got to learn more about Japan. Definitely the tour guide you need if you want a slow-paced and relaxed travel with elderlies.
Highly knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Masato-san
Dear Tareq san, It was a real pleasure to be able to go on tour with you. The weather was rainy, but Oshino Hakkai and Unagitei Tomoe's Unagiju were wonderful, and we had a good conversation in the car. I'm really thankful to you. You are lucky with the weather today, so I hope you are enjoying the wonderful view of Mt.Fuji! Masato
Masato picked us up in the morning at 7:00 am at the hotel in Tokyo and we (family of four with luggage) left for Mount Fuji. With the best weather we could admire the mountain and also the Mt.Fuji World Heritage Center was very interesting. Furthermore we visited Kawaguchiko Oishi Park and "Japanese Village" Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba. Destination and end of our day trip was Hakone where we went to the hotel. Masato has explained us everything perfect, we were always there before the crowds. He is so polite , drives carefully and it was huge fun . And besides that he is a really great photographer . We can absolutely recommend Masato. Thank you so much for the perfect day !

This is our first Mt. Fuji trip and we were blessed by fine weather and an excellent guide, Mr. Masato. Mr. Masato is meticulous and caring. The scheduling and pacing of the tour makes the tour very enjoyable. He also introduced a good local restaurant for lunch.
