“A wonderful day of seeing less common sights”
Taka put a great deal of thought and care into our plan and it was an outstanding introduction to Japanese culture and Tokyo. We visited many places tourists would maybe never knew about - it was fantastic. I can’t recommend Taka enough. Thank you Taka!

“A Tokyo Tour to Remember”
It’s not easy to plan for a big group, but Shunta made it like a breeze with me. He responded quickly to every inquiries and questions I asked. I was longing to meet and thank him personally, but due to an unavoidable circumstance, he couldn’t make it. But in his absence, he still took care of us. He requested his Colleagues Kody (Kota A.), Masato and Rene to cover for him. Despite the unpredictable weather, this team managed to handle all 32 people with a smile along the crazy Shibuya scramble, guided those who were left behind at Sensoji Temple and waited patiently to those who lost their way at Skytree Tower. They even escorted us to the line at Team Lab Planets making sure that we have our QR code ready for admission. Not only that, to my surprise! they came back to pick us up after two hours at Team Lab Planets and took us back to the Cruise port for free. They really went far beyond my expectations. Everybody were safe and had a wonderful time! I highly recommend Shunta, Kota A., Masato and Rene. They did a splendid job! A tour to remember!

Thank you very much. I apologize for having to step away due to an urgent matter that required my immediate attention, and for not being able to guide you myself. I’m glad to hear that you still enjoyed the tour, and I look forward to the day we can meet again!

“Saki is the best! ”
Saki was very easy to work with even though getting Ghibli tickets is close to impossible. She met us inside the train station and she arranged for additional transportation for us. She is charming and lovely and speaks English, Spanish and Japanese! Amazing experience!
