Hydrangea temple is officially called Meigetsu-in Temple, Zen temple.
At Meigetsu-in, you’ll see beautiful blue flowers in early summer. In summer green leaves increase its green hue. In the fall you’ll enjoy the autumn leaves in the back garden. The back yard garden will be open twice a year, in early summer and fall. The dry landscape garden and "Round window" in the sanctuary always welcome the visitors.

“ Day tour of kamakara ”
Takayasu was an excellent guide! His explanations were clear we, enjoyed the historical information he presented. He adjusted the day at our request, because of rain and our need to be at the airport for our return home. He made sure our bags were taken care of appropriately, walking us in to the counter . I would recommend him wholeheartedly !
