“Tour Guide Ryoko ”
Our family visited Tokyo, Japan on vacation from April 18 to 24. It was fortunate that Ryoko was our tour guide. Her schedule was always on point, and she was extremely friendly.

“Fantastic Service!!!”
We had a wonderful experience with our driver during our trip to Aomori. He arrived on time each day and was consistently polite, courteous, and eager to enhance our journey by sharing information about the local area. As we traveled, he pointed out beautiful flowers, scenic mountains, and notable landmarks, making the drive both informative and enjoyable. On the second day, we visited Hirosaki Castle. Concerned that we might get lost in the adjacent botanical garden, he thoughtfully parked the car, retrieved a map from the entrance, and clearly explained the walking route to the castle. He even arranged to meet us at the castle entrance so we could walk together to the nearby samurai house, sharing fascinating facts about the history of Hirosaki Castle along the way. I truly enjoyed learning from him—it added great value to our visit. Later that day, I had made a reservation at a local restaurant for 11:30 AM. I was concerned we wouldn’t make it in time and hadn’t called the restaurant to inform them. To my surprise, the driver had already anticipated this and had proactively contacted the restaurant to adjust our reservation, having calculated our timing while we were still in the garden. This level of foresight and care was incredibly impressive. To top it off, he even prepared umbrellas for us, having checked the weather forecast in advance and noted a chance of rain. I was truly speechless—his service was nothing short of outstanding. I am planning to return to Aomori later this year with my family, and I will definitely choose TRtaxi and GoWithGuide again. Thank you for such exceptional and thoughtful service!
