“Enoshima island, Enoshima iwaya sea cave, Kamakura great Buddha, Hase temple, Tsugaokahachimangu street market and shrine”
So much was packed into a one day trip! This was a great opportunity to see more than Shibuya/Harajuku. I am in Tokyo alone so would never have been able to see everything by myself in one day. Grant is very knowledgeable about Japan and speaks Japanese/English fluently. I highly recommend him for your tour guide.

“Wonderful Tour!”
Mr. Eric T. Did a great job hitting the highlights of Kyoto. We had a whirlwind of sights to see as we only had one day in Kyoto and Mr. Eric did not disappoint. We did take a taxi to some places to pack it all in and a great stop for food at a market street. Thank you!

“Great Driver, But Tour Time and Lunch Fell Short”
The driver was good — efficient and ensured a safe trip. However, the tour felt expensive as 9 hours wasn’t enough. The return trip to Tokyo took 3 hours due to traffic, limiting our time to enjoy the surroundings of Mt. Fuji. The lunch options were also just so-so, we ended up buying food at Lawson.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very glad to hear that you found our driver efficient and that the trip was conducted safely. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we truly appreciate your insights. Regarding the tour duration, we understand that traffic conditions can be unpredictable, especially when returning to Tokyo in the evening. Originally, the itinerary was planned for a full-day exploration of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, ensuring a balanced schedule. However, we accommodated your last-minute request to visit Gotemba Outlets, which required additional driving time and naturally impacted the overall time available for sightseeing. Our driver did his best to adjust the route and make the most of the time available. As for lunch, we recommended restaurants in advance, but we fully respect your choice to explore alternative options. While we always strive to provide suggestions for varied dining experiences, we understand that pricing and personal preferences can influence the final decision. We appreciate your understanding that meal choices are ultimately up to the guest’s discretion. We value your feedback and will continue to refine our service to ensure guests enjoy a smooth and well-balanced experience. If you plan to travel with us again in the future, we would be happy to help structure a more relaxed itinerary that allows for ample sightseeing time while considering potential traffic delays. Thank you once again for choosing our service, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you on another journey!
